CounterPoint SQL is by far the best investment I have made. The interface is extremely intuitive and completely customizable. Our retail team members are able to get highly functional after their first 2 hour training session no matter what their level of computer expertise they possess. Our management team is able to implement changes quickly and without the need of a support call or visit. The stock reporting capabilities are virtually everything that we needed. The few specialty reports unique to our business were easily added plus we have the full functionality of importing and exporting data which can quickly get you unique data on the fly. CounterPoint in their partnership with Dailey Data, have been an amazingly supportive organization. Support issues are handled quickly and accurately. There are regular upgrades to the software that continue to add functionality to the software. I would highly recommend Dailey Data and CounterPoint to any business looking for a POS solution.
